Who We Are?
The PANIIT Europe Alumni Association is representing Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) alumni resident in Europe. The idea was originally initiated by a small group of IITians resident in Europe and held its first general meeting towards early 2023. It now serves as a focal point for alumni from all the IITs living in Europe.
How We Are Organised & Funded
PANIIT Europe is a fully non-profit foundation, with no commercial interests. Since we are in early stages, the Management Board and team is being formed. PANIIT itself doesn’t seek any membership costs to join this group. Initial investments are made by the Directors. Any events follow a Sponsorship and registration process.
What We Do?
In order to meet our Foundation Objectives, our ambition is to organize events regularly for our members and their families. These can range from annual conference to networking and social events. We are also available to help any Alumni in case of any professional or personal situations.
The current Board of Directors is comprised of the Founding Members, who have conceptualized and realized the initial vision of PanIIT Europe since its establishment in early 2023. It is our ambition that by the end of 2026, PanIIT Europe has established a concrete governance structure under the guidance of the current board. Additional members, comprising of Distinguished IIT Alumni globally and IITs themselves, will be invited to join the Board during this period.
